Shipping and Returns
Does signature required to receive package?
  Yes, a signature must be required to receive your package. We are providing door to door shipping method. Make sure you or someone can sign for you. If happens your package is undeliverable. Shipping company will leave you a delivery note, and please follow the instruction to get your package. If no one pick up the package or shipping company cannot deliver to you during the 3rd attempts, your package will be return to sender. Please click here to see our "return to sender" policy.
Free shipping policy
  For those order which receive free shipping, if there is any out of stock item(s) in your order, we will send email notification within 1-2 days, and please find replacement item to qualify for free shipping. If you are not able to find other item and would like to receive your order immediately, shipping charge will be charged.
How long does it takes for shipping?
  All our items shipped by China Express Mail Service (EMS), DHL and AAE Global Express, normally it takes about 3-10 business days to most countries.

Return to Sender Policy
  If a package is returned to us for ANY reason, we will try to contact you with email to the address that you have listed on your order form. Once we hear from you, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and billed at the shipping method by your original order. If we do not hear back from you after our second contact attempt, it is our store policy to restock the returned goods.

What is your return policy?
  TrendyOutfitter.com accepts all returns of unworn, unwashed, unused and not damaged merchandise with tag and disposable seal bag. We do not accept returns if not qualify. Refunds must be accompanied by receive a RMA number. Please click "here" fill out the form, and we will send you a RMA number.

To receive a refund, please request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3 days of receiving your order by filling the form "here". Please add service@trendyoutfitter.com to your address book to ensure our message gets to you but not junk mail box.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authroization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns will be returned to sender.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

20% restocking fee will be charged for those return item(s) which is not defective or received wrong item(s). If you have received defective item(s) or wrong item(s), shipping charges will be refunded. All other return item(s), shipping charges is NON-REFUNDABLE.
