Is the picture same as the actual product?
We use the exact product for professional models and photographer to shoot all pictures. We do have the details product picture showing on each listing. The lighting do affect the actual color of the item, please refer to the details picture for more accuracy.
What is size options?
Most of our items are in One Size. Certain styles do have sizes option. Please refer to the pictures see how we measure the items. We measure all items by hand, it might have 2cm difference.
Why I have purchased the item, but out of stock at the end?
All our items are in limited quantity, we do have sometimes not able to send you the item because of out of stock. If this happen, we will send you an email within 72 hours. Or we will just mail out all the available items for you, and refund you the out of stock item plus shipping fee you have paid for the out of stock item.
