Order Status
Has my order been shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Please allow 3-10 business days for us to arrange your shipment.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once your order has been processed or shipped, the order is no long editable and canceled.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If the missing item(s) out of stock, we will send out all available first. If we can get back-order near future, item(s) will be shipped separately. All out of stock item(s) will issue full refund for customer.
Defective item.
  If you believed you had receive a defective item, please click here.
To request a RMA number. Once inspected, if the defective item shipped, we will send an exact replacement without any extra charges. If the defective item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to you.

Your return shipping cost will also be credit back to you as the original payment method as well. Please use an economy shipping method with a tracking number and we will provide you a return address.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. In most cases, item(s) will be shipped within 3-10 business days. And it takes 3-10 business days to reach most countries.
